FOOTBALL Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga says the Croatian Football Association (NHS) has offered to assist Zambia with a coach for the national team.
Speaking in an interview, Kamanga said the NHS have offered to identify one of their best coaches to drill the Chipolopolo.
“They have offered a national team coach. They have more than enough coaches and they can recommend one but ultimately the decision lies with us. The selection of the coach process commenced and we are leaving our options open,” he says.
Kamanga said Football House had received several applications from various coaches and would forward them to the technical committee to short run.
The Chipolopolo coaching job fell vacant following the departure of Sven Vandenbroeck.
