FAZ APPOINTS LYSON ZULU AS TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

THE Football Association of Zambia (FAZ), has appointed Lyson Zulu as the association’s new Technical  Director.

FAZ General Secretary, Adrian Kashala said that Mr Zulu was the best out of the 17 applicants that applied for the position and that is why he was appointed.

The 33-year-old Zulu holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and Management from Loughborough University in the United kingdom and also a Sports Performance Foundation Degree from Bath University.

Zulu was first appointed as the Sports Development Officer and once served as a programs officer at the Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC).

Dan Kabwe, suspended Lusaka Dynamos coach, and Honour Janza, who were both among the 17 applicants interviewed for the job, have said they will work with Zulu to ensure progress in the soccer world.
