The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has revealed that it is working hand in hand with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Sports in preparation for the new MTN\FAZ super league set to kick off in October.

In an interview with the Lusaka Star, FAZ Communications Manager Sydney Mungala revealed that the government through the Ministry of Health has provided guidelines that should be followed by the football clubs when the league begins this month.

They have to ensure that all the players and technical staff undergo the Covid-19 tests and results should be availed in good time before the game ends,”

He added that the governing body has advised members of the public to watch the games behind closed doors.
