Kangwa is back!

Evans Kangwa plays his professional football at Israeli top side Hapoel Ra’ ananain and has been in fine form for his club where he has scored three goals in his last two appearances. ZAMBIA National Soccer Team coach Honor Janza has called Israel based striker Evans Kangwa to the 27-man squad that starts camping this Saturday in Lusaka ahead of a must-win African Cup of Nations qualifier game against Mozambique next week.

Speaking during a press briefing at football house, Janza said he decided to include Kangwa who plays his professional football at Israeli top side Hapoel Ra' ananain in order to strengthen the Chipolopolo striking force.
 
"Like I have always said, we are always monitoring these players and we shall call them when the situation demands,” he said.

 The Chipolopolo coach added that the technical bench has decided to include Kangwa on the list of those who should do battle for Zambia in the next two assignments.
 
Kangwa has been in fine form for his club where he has scored three goals in his last two appearances.
 
He further said the players that were called are expected to be in Lusaka by Saturday November 8th, 2014.

"We expect all the local players to be in camp by 18 hours this Saturday" Janza said.
 
Other players are Aaron Katebe, Emmanuel Mbola, Rodrick Kabwe, Nathan Sinkala, Spencer Sautu, Shadreck Malambo, Given Singuluma, Rainford Kalaba, Bruce Musakanya and Lubambo Musonda.

Janza also added to the squad Chisamba Lungu, Charles Zulu, Patrick Ngoma, Emmanuel Mayuka, Ronald Kampamba, James Chamanga, Evans Kangwa and Changwe Kalale.
 
Kangwa last featured for the Chipolopolo in March this year and scored a brace in the 2-1 win by the Chipolopolo over the Cranes of Uganda.

Zambia faces Mozambique and Cape Verde on 15 and 19 November, 2014 respectively in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
