TY2 TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM THIS MARCH

Renowned musician TY2 is next month set to release his highly anticipated fifth studio album entitled TY2 FT TY2.

Mbangweta Mwendaweli , commonly known as TY2 who happens to be the owner and CEO of Biggboug Entertainment believes that no challenge is greater than a focused and determined person in relation to the challenges he faces in his musical career.

“I believe that happiness makes life worth living, love makes the mind, body and soul rejoice and makes a person feel alive. This is the reason why I sing love songs,” He said.

In an interview with the Lusaka Star, TY2 said that the industry is young and still growing, thus, most of the artists are pushing for that international break through which will only happen when the government fully commits to their arts by helping them with full recording studio equipment.

He further added that another way for artists to have that much needed break through is when the corporate world also reaches out to local artists as first priority for endorsements and deals.

“Every artist I have worked with has taught me a thing or two knowingly and unknowingly, you are never too good or grown to learn.  You can’t know everything regardless of how long u have been around,” TY2 said.

He alluded that he believes any person with aspirations to making it big should see every individual they come into contact with as an opportunity to learn and grow.

In thanking his fans, TY2 said that it is their endless support that motivates him in so many different ways.

“I try to imagine what my fans will think whenever I release a new song. They inspire me and the different emotions make me write more and more,” He said.

TY2 said that every moment he is on stage is like the first time of being there. Seeing the smiling and happy faces in the audience makes it all worthwhile.

”There can be no TY2 without the fans because they keep that fire burning in me hence, they should expect a lot of twist from this album,” TY2 added.

Some of the singles released from the forth-coming album include ‘in love again’ which features Chilu and Umoyo featuring Wilz and Hamoba.
