Today at 15:00hrs the Army sponsored side Green Buffaloes will hope to upset visiting Forest Rangers at the newly renovated Independence Stadium in Lusaka.

Buffaloes will however be without the veteran skipper Christopher Katongo who was ruled out of action for two weeks following a muscle injury. The former Chipolopolo captain last Sunday missed Green Buffaloes’ 1-0 away victory to Power Dynamos due to injury.

Meanwhile, Lusaka Dynamos will host the Bankers Zanaco FC at Sunset Stadium in Lusaka. Third placed Zanaco will hope to close the four point gap separating them from log leaders Zesco United who sit comfortably at the top with 39 points and have a game in hand. However, this will not be an easy task as Lusaka Dynamos are in high spirit after humiliating Forest Rangers with a convincing 3-0 beating last Saturday and will thus try to outplay the Bankers in today’s game.

Other games to be played today will see seventh placed Red Arrows lock horns with fourth placed Nkwazi FC at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.

And log leaders Zesco United will hope to increase their lead at the top of the table after a barren draw last Saturday with relegation threatened Nakambala Leopards saw them drop two points when they play host to Mufulira Wanderers at Shinde Stadium in Mufulira. Nkana FC will on the other hand hope to continue diluting their awful start to the season when they face National Assembly at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.

Nchanga Rangers will have home ground advantage when they play Konkola Blades at Nchanga Stadium while Nakambala Leopards will play Green Eagles at Nakambala Stadium in Mazabuka.

Sunday, 9th August 2015 will see Napsa Stars take on Power Dynamos at Woodlands Stadium in Lusaka. Power will hope to regain their rhythm after the capture of England based Tipton FC striker Noble Rumsey. The 18year old will be in action together with Enock ‘Computer’ Mwepu and Patson Daka to see the Super Division title contenders keep pushing to the top position.

All the games will be played at 15:00HRS Zambian time.
