Kabwe Warriors fan Michael Chishimba said he was sure the team would bounce back to the elite league looking at the rate it was progressing in its quest to win promotion.

Mr Chishimba said the team under Coach Mohammed Fathy has improved enormously.

He said the recruitment of new players has paid off citing Congolese lethal striker Idris Moomba as one of the best strikers to be signed on.

“Come rain, come sunshine, we are bouncing back to the Super League following the splendid performance the team has exhibited so far," he said.

Another fan, Musonda Mwape echoed Mr Chishimba's optimism that Warriors will win the promotion, adding that it will get the title next season.

Mr Mwape attributed the team’s good performance to management’s commitment to player’s welfare.

He said motivation was one of the key factors to the players' good performance.

He appealed to club management to maintain Fathy so that he continues to steer the team to greater heights.

“So far, you can see how the team is winning. To be specific, the 6-0 thrashing of Kafue Celtic in Week 18 match played at Godfrey Chitalu Stadium,” Mwape said.
